We build each vanity made to order, and our designs can be tailored to accommodate custom dimensions or layout requirements.

Most customers work with a local countertop fabricator who will measure and cut the stone surface to fit the vanity and sink placement precisely.

Our vanities are built with an open top to allow for custom countertop installation.
If you would prefer a fully finished wood top, please let us know when placing your order.

Because every customer's sink and installation preference may differ, photos should be used for style reference only.

Plumbing: When purchasing our vanities, please confirm where your plumbing exits the wall. The sink basins must be installed behind the door sections, as the drawer sections do not include plumbing cutouts.

Each vanity is made from real wood, and natural variations in grain pattern, tone, and character are expected. We ensure the highest quality materials but the exact grain pattern cannot be predetermined.

Shipping / Delivery: Our furniture is delivered by trusted professional furniture carriers who specialize in transporting handcrafted pieces safely.

Please allow 8-9 weeks for production, as each vanity is handcrafted to order.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 additional weeks, depending on location.

Delivery includes first-floor placement: Once your order is placed, please send us your contact information so the carrier can coordinate delivery scheduling.

Please notify us in advance if your delivery location has any special requirements such as:
• building COI requirements
• multiple levels or staircases
• remote locations
• exterior stairs
• ferry transport
• bridge toll routes
• dirt or restricted access roads
These conditions may incur additional delivery charges.
