Our delivery service is done by our trusted and professional shippers ensuring your order arrives safely to your first floor. Allow 7-8 weeks for all custom orders to be handcrafted. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks, certain locations may take longer.
Please communicate any unique delivery requirements you may have such as building C.O.I or multiple levels, remote areas, exterior stairs, ferry rides, bridge tolls or dirt roads as these may incur an extra charge.

Production Time:
All items are handcrafted in California. Production currently takes approximately 8 weeks, though some designs may ship sooner.
Shipping Details:
- Ships to Continental U.S. only
- Shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location
- Delivery is to the first floor only; additional floors may incur extra fees
- Buildings requiring Certificates of Insurance (C.O.I.) or specific delivery appointments will require an added fee
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Cancellations and refund requests are only available within 5 days of placing your order. After that, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not offer returns or exchanges as all items are made to order.
