Our delivery service is done by our trusted and professional shippers, ensuring your order arrives safely to your first floor. Allow 6-7 weeks for all custom orders to be handcrafted. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks, certain locations may take longer.  

Please communicate any unique delivery requirements you may have, such as building C.O.I., multiple levels, remote areas, exterior stairs, ferry rides, bridge tolls, or dirt roads, as these may incur an extra charge.
