Production Time:
All items are handcrafted in California. Production currently takes approximately 8 weeks, though some designs may ship sooner.

Shipping Details:

• Ships to Continental U.S. only
• Shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location
• Delivery is to the first floor only; additional floors may incur extra fees
• Buildings requiring Certificates of Insurance (C.O.I.) or specific delivery appointments will require an added fee

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Cancellations and refund requests are only available within 5 days of placing your order. After that, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges:
We do not offer returns or exchanges as all items are made to order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• Inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately
• Shipping and delivery estimates are based on availability and shipping method selected at checkout
• Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the nearest full pound per carrier policies
