Please communicate any unique delivery requirements you may have such as Ā building C.O.I or multiple levels, remote areas, exterior stairs, ferry rides, bridge tolls or dirt roads as these may incur an extra charge. Ā

Production Time:
All items are handcrafted in California. Production currently takes approximately 8 weeks, though some designs may ship sooner.

Shipping Details:

  • Ships to Continental U.S. only
  • Shipping takes 1ā€“2 weeks depending on your location
  • Delivery is to the first floor only; additional floors may incur extra fees
  • Buildings requiring Certificates of Insurance (C.O.I.) or specific delivery appointments will require an added fee

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Cancellations and refund requests are only available within 5 days of placing your order. After that, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges:
We do not offer returns or exchanges as all items are made to order.
